Sasha Illingworth is a mixed media painter based near New York City. Her work focuses primarily on the tangles of joy and pain that weave around the experiences of womanhood. The exhilaration of freedom that is often tethered to repression and expectation.

She is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design.
